On The Personal Side Of Things
These days the wedding to Amanda pretty much dominates the personal side of things! We are getting married on the 26th of June, 2007 on the island of Antigua!
So where to begin.... Well the beginning would be the proper place to start!
I was on location in Santa Fe shooting an episode of The Secret Life Of... (Food Network). It was the 5th of July and we had wrapped for the day so I was sitting in the bar enjoying an evening martini and just relaxing in an open air environment.
All of a sudden Jim O'Connor, the host of the show, climbs through the window of the bar and proceeds to tell me that he's met a woman, Yvette, from Switzerland and they're getting together for drinks.... Yes you've guessed it! She has a friend from Scotland! So I'm to be his wing-man for this foray and off we set for the St. Francis's Hotel bar.
Frankly.... She had me at 'I'm the one from Scotland'. Fortunately she didn't realize it until it was too late!!
